Segun H. Olugbile, Amb(Hon.), Nigeria Board of Advisor at IIRIS. A Cybersecurity Policy Advisor and certified Data Protection and IT practitioner with over 22 years of experience. He holds advanced degrees in Cybersecurity and Data Protection and is pursuing a Ph.D. Segun has served on the UN Cybersecurity Best Practice Forum and as a technical advisor for the Global Skills Development Council. He is a pioneer member of Nigeria’s Cybercrime Advisory Council and contributes to national cybersecurity policies.
