Garry Singh serves as the President of IIRIS, bringing over two decades of deep-rooted experience in enterprise risk management, security strategy, and compliance frameworks. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt and trained anti-terror specialist, Garry has built and led large-scale intelligence networks, governance systems, and operational risk structures across regions and industries.

From leading security operations for iconic landmarks like the Taj Mahal during a high-threat phase, to managing sensitive cases involving extortion, kidnapping, and corporate fraud, Garry’s work combines investigative acumen with strategic foresight. He has worked with global organisations and government institutions on complex risk assignments involving data analytics, forensics, and stakeholder interviews.

In addition to being the Director at ICSS (Indian Council for Strategic Studies), he is an industry thought leader known for publishing work on NPA management, risk governance, and white-collar crime.
