Vishakha Poras heads Human Resources and Administration at IIRIS, leading people operations across India and the Gulf. With over 15 years of cross-industry experience, she has built a reputation for driving scalable HR frameworks, employee engagement, and culture transformation that align business goals with human potential.
Her expertise spans the full HR spectrum — from talent acquisition and performance management to learning, development, and organizational compliance. At IIRIS, Vishakha manages a diverse workforce of 300+ employees, shaping policies and systems that foster productivity, inclusivity, and long-term retention.
Before joining IIRIS, she held leadership positions at Aequor Technologies and Bird Information Systems, where she steered HR strategy for multi-location operations and led large teams to achieve organizational excellence.
An alumna of IMI Belgium and IIPM, Vishakha holds dual master’s degrees — an MBA in Marketing & HR and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. She is also certified in HR Analytics, Leadership, and Management, reflecting her belief in the power of data-driven people decisions and empathetic leadership.
A creative soul beyond her professional pursuits, Vishakha finds joy in poetry, travel, and exploring diverse cultures — all of which inspire her approach to human connection and workplace empathy.
